Physical Therapy
Clients will receive a thorough subjective and objective evaluation including a detailed physical examination. In addition to receiving treatment, goals will be established, and a plan will be developed to achieve these goals. Clients will receive guidance on their rehabilitation and will receive tools to implement as soon as day one to begin self-treatment. Treatment sessions thereafter will focus on re-evaluation and continued treatment with modifications to the plan made with shared decision-making.
